The Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management is located on the scenic, 200-acre Biscayne Bay Campus (BBC). The campus features include a natural mangrove preserve, direct access to the bay, apartment-style housing, library, aquatic center, and the Roz and Cal Kovens Conference Center, accommodating up to 500 guests.
